Our outreach team actively participates in community events year-round to educate seniors and their families about our services. Through these events, we connect with potential clients and conduct initial screenings to identify those who may benefit from our support.
Once a potential client expresses interest, our Outreach team takes a personalized approach by arranging in-home visits to provide a thorough overview of how to apply for home care services through various Managed Care Organizations at both county and state levels.
Our bilingual Outreach Coordinators play a crucial role in ensuring that all clients receive clear and comprehensive information by:
